Heard. Perused the order granting bail to the accused - Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and the First Information Report as well. 2.

The accused - Respondent Nos.2 and 3 have not been attributed with a murderous assault on the victim. The bail granted to them is sought to be cancelled on the ground that the main assailant has not been arrested. On such ground the bail cannot be cancelled. The Court is not inclined even to issue notice to the respondents.
