The petitioner claims that his salary is not paid from December 2020 to February 2021 although the Management has sent the proposal. It is pointed out that the Respondent-School is getting 20% grant-in-aid.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner shall file appropriate representation to the Deputy Director of Education, Aurangabad,

We, therefore, dispose of the petition. The petitioner may file properly constituted representation to Respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, Respondent No.2 shall decide the same within six weeks thereafter in accordance with law.
