The learned counsel for the appellant insurance company tendered across the bar pursis along with communication dated 19/01/2023 issued by concerned insurance company mentioning that the appellant company does not want to proceed with the matter. The said pursis alongwith the communication are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.

The respondent Nos.1 & 3 are permitted to withdraw the balance amounts of compensation falling to their share as per the apportionment done by the learned Tribunal alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date.

The amount falling to the share of respondent No.2 be kept in FDR in any nationalized bank, till he attains majority. 4.
