Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner.

The petitioner is praying for writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction like nature or order, the Respondent No.2 i.e. Maharashtra Nursing and Paralegal, Government Dental College and Hospital, Fort Mumbai 400 001 may kindly be directed to decide the proposal dated 29th February 2024, for opening New Savitribai Fulle (R.G.N.M.) At Girnar Tanda Tq. And Dist Chh. Sambhajinagar, including the inspection as expeditious as possible preferably within four weeks.

The copy of the proposal has been annexed at page no.12, thereby the petitioner was seeking permission to start Nursing

929-wp-10368-2025 College for the year 2024-25. The first and the foremost fact to be noted is that the said application/proposal was given on 26.02.2024 and the present petition has been filed on 18.07.2025. When the period for which the proposal was filed has expired, prayer clause 'B' cannot be granted.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner then submits that the petitioner be allowed to make the fresh proposal and the petitioner be allowed to withdraw this petition.

In view of the said statement and the fact that the duration has already expired, the petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit fresh proposal to the respondent no.2 and if such proposal is submitted, it shall be decided on its own merits.
