2] Limited grievance raised in this petition is that the petitioner had filed representation on 15/04/2015 to the Commissioner, Jalgaon Municipal Corporation, Jalgaon, however, no decision is taken on the said representation. We direct the Commissioner Jalgaon Municipal Corporation to look into the said representation and decide the same keeping in view the relevant provisions/procedure/rules and to communicate the decision to the petitioner expeditiously, however, within four weeks from the today.

3] Needless to observe that if the decision which would be taken

-2by the Commissioner is likely to affect the interest of any person, such person should be heard by the Commissioner before such decision is taken. We have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the representation and it is left open to the concerned Commissioner to decide the same in accordance with law. 4] With above direction, Petition is disposed of. parties to act upon authenticated copy of this order.
