PER COURT :- 1.

The petitioner has approached this Court as ad-interim relief is not granted to the petitioner.

We have heard Mr. Narvade Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The Tribunal has observed that, it will be necessary to obtain say of respondent No.6. The interim relief is not refused by the Tribunal, however, has issued notice before granting any interim orders. Order of transfer is dated 30.5.2015. The Tribunal has rightly observed that it will also be necessary to obtain say of the Respondents before passing any order. Matter is already kept on 1.9.2015 before the Tribunal.

In light of that, we do not deem it appropriate to entertain the present petition. The petitioner may argue this matter with regard to the interim relief before the Tribunal on 1.9.2015. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
