Learned advocate for the petitioners fairly refers to a decision of the Supreme Court dated 19th September, 2013 in the case of "University Grants Commission and Another V/s Neha Anil Bobde (Gadekar)" in Civil Appeal No. 8355 of 2013, whereunder decision of division bench of this court at Nagpur has been set aside. 2.

Learned advocate Mr. Bayas further fairly points out that same issue has been involved in present petition and as such, states that in view of aforesaid decision of the Supreme Court, nothing further survives for this court to be decided on the issue. 3.

Writ petition, therefore, stands dismissed.
