Mr. Dhorde, the learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had given applications on 23.10.2020 and 05.11.2020 seeking permission to sale the sugar manufactured every month during crushing season 2020-2021 by issuing the release order. The respondents have not taken decision yet. The petitioner is required to pay FRP charge to the farmers so also the loan amount to the secured creditors.

Mr. Talhar, the learned ASG appears for the respondents. 3.

As the petitioner only seeks relief seeking directions against respondent No.2 to take decision upon his applications for permission, in light of that, we pass the following order. 4.

The respondent - competent authority shall take the decision upon the applications of the petitioner (page 34 and 37) on its own merits, preferably within three (3) weeks from today. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
