Heard. In the fitness of things, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 60% of the amount deposited on furnishing usual undertaking. The amount payable be transmitted to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Ahmedpur, District Latur for being paid to the applicants there. Amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lakhs) be paid to the widow of the deceased and remaining amount be paid in equal share to the mother and father of the deceased. The Tribunal shall transmit the undertaking to this Court. Civil Application stands disposed of.
