Heard Mr Thombre, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner and learned A.G.P. for respondents. 2.
Though the petitioner raises similar grounds as raised in Writ Petition Nos.8878 of 2018 and 8910 of 2018, Mr Thombre, learned Counsel for the
8910.18wp (2) petitioner submitted that in this matter, no earlier notice is issued to the petitioner-institute and along with communication dated 26th July, 2018, which is placed on record at Exh.'E', the list of as many as 1404 schools is annexed.

As we have dealt with in detail the submissions of learned Counsel for the parties in aforesaid writ petitions, it may not be necessary for us to refer to these grounds raised in the present petition. The notice is issued on 26th July, 2018. It is an admitted fact that the petitioner-institute has not submitted any reply to the said notice.

This, being the factual position, we are of the opinion that the petition is premature and can be disposed of at the admission stage itself, by permitting the petitioner to submit reply to the notice dated 26th July, 2018, within a period of two weeks from today. Along with the reply, the petitioner may pray for personal hearing. If such reply is received by respondents-authorities from the petitioner, the respondents-authorities to consider the reply along with prayer of personal hearing and may pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from today. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
