The petitioner assails order passed U/Sec. 32-B of the Maharashtra Stamp Act. Mr. Mukhedkar, the learned advocate submits that, the impugned order is non speaking order. The authority has not considered the grounds raised by the petitioner.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader states that, the petitioner has remedy of revision U/Sec. 32-C of the Maharashtra Stamp Act.

The petitioner can agitate all these aspects before the

2 wp 698.15 revisional authority. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of revision. In case revision is filed within a period of four (04) weeks from today, then the same shall be considered within limitation. All contentions of the respective parties are kept open. No costs. [S. V.
