Mr. Barlinge, the learned counsel submits that now, respondent no.3 has started paying regular salary to the petitioner and as far as arrears for the period from September, 2013 to October, 2015, the respondent No.3 has deposited an amount of Rs.5,20,956/- in this Court. The same be allowed to be withdrawn by the petitioner.

We have heard learned AGP also.

The amount is belonging to the petitioner even as per the order impugned in this contempt petition. As the order is complied, the contempt stand purged. 4.

The amount deposited in this Court by the respondent no.3 is allowed to be withdrawn by the petitioner.

Contempt petition disposed of. No costs.
