Learned advocate for the petitioners confirms the fact that Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 37 of 2016 is dismissed in default. He, however, states that appropriate proceedings for restoration of the same is already filed by the petitioners. He, therefore, submits that this petition may be kept pending and interim relief be continued.

In view of dismissal of Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 37 of 2016, present writ petition, in which order passed below Exhibit-5 in Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 37 of 2017 is challenged, is rendered infructuous. Writ petition is, therefore,

The interim relief granted in favour of the petitioners is continued for a period of one week from today so as to enable the petitioners to approach appropriate forum for continuation of the said relief.
