The applicant seeks permission for purchase of 8600 quintal of ghee (clarified butter). The applicant seeks to purchase the same through E-tender process. Estimate has been called for and it is submitted that estimate given by various business houses is to the tune of Rs.29,93,83,200/-.

The petitioner is permitted to purchase 8600 quintal of cow ghee (clarified butter) through E-tender process. The petitioner may take steps to get the competitive rates.

Apart from the E-tender on the Website, the same also be published in two newspapers having wide circulation. 4.

Civil Application disposed of. No costs.
