By this review petition, the review petitioners (Original respondent Nos. 1 to 6 ) seeks recall of the order dated 15th June, 2017 passed by the Division Bench of this Court,of which one out of us ( Sunil K. Kotwal, J.) was a member.

The learned counsel for review petitioner submits that though the review petitioner had raised an objection to the jurisdiction of this Court to entertain the Writ Petition on the ground that the cause of action espoused in the Writ Petition falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Central

ord.sr.no.23..odt Administrative Tribunal, this Court did not consider the said contention/ground.

A perusal of the order dated 28th August, 2017 and in particular paragraph No.8 indicates that this Court has held that there is no other remedy and/or solution to such factual, technical difficulties faced by the Writ Petitioner. There is no substance in the said contention of the review petitioner that issue of jurisdiction is not considered by this Court. There is no error apparent on the face of order. The review petitioner has not made out a case for recall of the order passed by this Court. Hence, review petition is dismissed.
