Heard Mr. Pathan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the name of the petitioner is not being mutated in the revenue record, though he has become owner by registered sale deed.

The learned AGP accepts notice for respondents and submits that the Committee is constituted as per the Circular dated 13.2.2015 at District level. This court had directed the authorities to constitute the

wp8961.18 Committee to look into the grievance with regard to entries in the revenue record.

In view of the same, the petitioner may approach the Committee for redressal of his grievance with regard to the mutation of entries.

5.

In case the petitioner approaches the Committee, the Committee shall decide the grievance of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of receipt of the application.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
