Having considered the submissions advanced and on perusal of the reasons as stated in paragraph nos.1 to 6 of the application, case is made out to condone the delay. Hence, civil application is allowed. Delay of 74 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Civil application stands disposed off. 4.

First Appeal be registered. On registration of the appeal, issue notice to the Respondents. Mr. Dhongade learned advocate waives notice for respondents.
