We have heard learned counsel Mr. Thombare for the petitioner. The petition is premature.

Respondent No. 2 shall decide the case of the petitioner with regard to the increase of posts in School where the petitioner was earlier working. 3.

In case posts are increased, then the petitioner may claim his right of repatriation under Rule 26 of Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools

wp9023.18 (Conditions of Service) Regulation Rules, 1981. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
