It would be open for the petitioner to tender appropriate application / representation to the District Level Committee constituted under the notification issued by the Divisional Commissioner, Nasik, within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of the representation / application from petitioner, the concerned District Level Committee shall take appropriate steps and issue necessary instructions in the light of facts of the case, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the application. With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
