PER COURT :- Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. S.P. Brahme, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. However, the submission is that the suit may be expedited and every contention raised in the petition be kept open since the findings recorded by the Court below albeit concurrent, are prima facie findings. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

The Trial Court shall decide RCS No.101/2017 as expeditiously as possible and in any event within six months. It is made clear that every contention raised by the petitioner and in rebuttal by the respondents is kept open. The interim order dated 17.10.2018 shall stand vacated. ( ROHIT B. DEO, J. ) vbd
