DATE : SEPTEMBER 16, 2022 ORDER :- This is an application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.0267 of 2021 registered with Shillegaon Police Station, Dist.Aurangabad.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

The bail is sought mainly on the ground of parity. This Court has granted bail to co-accused - Devendra. It is undisputed that the co-accused - Devendra, who has been granted bail, has played the role similar to one played by the applicant herein in the crime in question. In view thereof, without observing anything more, the application deserves to be allowed.

Hence, the following order:- (i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant be released in connection with Crime No.0267 of 2021 registered with Shillegaon Police Station, Dist.Aurangabad, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with one surety in the like amount. (iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

(iv) He shall not indulge in delaying trial of the case. If he did so, the trial Court may even cancel his bail. [R.G. AVACHAT, J.] KBP
