Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent Maharashtra

(2) Animal and Fishery Sciences University, Nagpur with a fresh representation raising his grievance. He submits that if such representation is submitted by the petitioner, the respondent University be directed to decide it within stipulated period. 2.

In view of submissions of Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, we allow the petitioner to withdraw the petition. 3.

Though Mr. Deshmukh submits that the respondent University be directed to decide the representation within stipulated period, in our opinion, framing such a time schedule may not be possible and only direction which can be given to the University is, if the petitioner approaches the University with fresh representation, University to decide it as expeditiously as possible without causing inordinate delay, needless to state on the merits of the representation.
