2] Public Interest Litigation is disposed of as withdrawn.

3] Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the amount deposited pursuant to the orders passed by this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Rs.25,000/- be donated to the Government Cancer Hospital at Aurangabad.

133.18PIL 4] In view of that, amount of Rs. 25,000/- be remitted to the Government Cancer Hospital at Aurangabad. The remaining amount of Rs.75,000/- is allowed to withdraw by the petitioner.
