This application is filed by the applicants for depositing deficit court fees in cross objection stamp No. 16488 and also for recalling of order dated 06-09-2011 passed by the Additional Registrar of this Court.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B and C". Registry to accept deficit court fees in cross objection stamp No. 16488 of 2011.
