With the consent of the parties, the petition is taken up for final hearing.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner No.3 as Shikshan Sevak is submitted to the Respondent No.2, however, the same is not yet decided.

The learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader submits that the said proposal is submitted only on 1.7.2015.

Considering the above, we pass the following order :

a) In case the proposal (page 17) is pending with the Education Officer(Secondary), Osmanabad, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law and policy expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months.

b) Rule accordingly made partly absolute in above terms. No costs.
