Heard Shri Amol Gandhi, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Shri Thorat, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank. Perused the impugned judgment and award and the grounds of objections raised in excepiton to the said judgment.

In view of the above, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

[I] The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the respondent-bank in this court along with interest accrued thereon on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court. Balance 50% of the amount and the interest accrued thereon be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any nationalized bank, for the period till disposal of the appeal.

30-CA-14516-2018 W [ii] The apportionment of the compensation be made according to their share prescribed by the Tribunal.

[iii] Civil application stands disposed of.
