The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that at present the petitioner would not press for prayer clauses ' b' and 'c' and restrict the petition to the extent of prayer clause 'd' seeking directions to consider the representation dated 03-09-2020 made by the petitioner and decide the Case No. Pay 2014 / Case No.34 / Service-3.

In case, the representation of the petitioner (page - 37) with regard to the request not to recover the excess salary paid from the employees on the verge of retirement or those who have retired is pending with respondent no.1, then respondent no.1 if he is authorized to take decision, decide the said representation on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably, within a period of four months. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. All contentions are kept open.
