Heard learned Advocate Mr. S.S. Pawar for the applicants and Mr. Basarkar, learned A.G.P. for the State. As per award in the Lok Adalat, dated 9.4.2016, the State has deposited on 14.6.2018, amount of compensation of Rs.25,45,967/- for payment to Namdeo Rangrao Pawar in First Appeal No.591/2007 (L.A.R. No.932/2001). Thereafter, Namdeo Rangrao Pawar has expired on 13.3.2017. The legal heirs of the claimant have
C.A. No.9999/2018 (( 2 )) obtained legal heirship certificate from the Civil Court, Ahmedpur in Misc. Civil Application No.346/2017, dated 27.3.2018. A consent deed is filed, whereby some of the heirs have authorised Babruwan Namdeo Pawar and Narayan Namdeo Pawar to receive the cheque in joint names. Considering the facts, the Registrar to pay the amount along with accrued interest thereon to the applicants subject to obtaining advance receipt from all the legal heirs. The amount be paid by cheque. Civil Application is disposed of.
