The caste certificate validation claim of the petitioner is stated to be pending with respondent No. 6 - Committee. 2.

In the facts of this case, this petition can be disposed of by directing respondent No. 6 - Committee to take decision on caste certificate validation proposal of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today and it is accordingly directed.

In the meanwhile, no coercive action be taken against the petitioner on account of her failure to submit the caste validation certificate.
