This is an application for bringing legal heirs of deceased appellant on record. Delay of 39 days has occurred in filing the present application. The delay is sufficiently explained. I am, therefore, inclined to allow the application. Hence, the following order.

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The legal heirs of deceased appellant as are mentioned in the application be taken on record. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks.
