The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that validation proceeding is pending since the year-2020. The petitioner has been given provisional admission to the B.Sc. (Forensic Science). The petitioner has given undertaking to provide the validity by 09.09.2021. The vigilance in case of real brother of the petitioner is conducted. The same vigilance can be used in the present matter. The real sister of the petitioner is granted validity under the orders of this Court.

The learned A.G.P. appears for the respondents and submits that the validity granted to the real sister by this Court is a conditional validity.

In case, the vigilance is already conducted of the real brother of the petitioner, the same can be used in case of the petitioner. The committee may endeavour to decide the said proceedings, if is possible, by 30.09.2021. The petitioner may appear before the committee on 08.09.2021.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
