The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the only prayer that the Petitioner desires to press today is a decision on the representation dated 30.05.2023 lodged by him with the Lokayukta and several other Authorities from the Education Department. 2.

The learned AGP submits that the Court may have a look at the representation which indicates that the Petitioner has raised a challenge to the appointment of 11 persons.

This Petition is neither a PIL, nor the Petitioner is praying for any relief in the face of a purported legal injury. He claims to be one of the Member of the Society and he takes an exception to certain appointments. Needless to state, neither this Petition is maintainable, nor would this Court create any liberties in favour of the Petitioner. He may avail of any remedy as may be permissible under any statute/law. So also, there is a State department concerned with such appointments. 4;.

This Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
