1) By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 7 days caused in filing this application for setting aside abatement of the appeal and for bringing legal heirs of original appellant No.2 on record.

2) Learned counsel Mr. S.S. Dande for the original appellant has no objection if the civil application is allowed as prayed. The statement is accepted.

2 CA 1244 of 2017 3) The civil application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C). Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. Place the First Appeal No.15/2000 along with First Appeal No.106/2000 on board for hearing for final disposal on 7 September 2017.
