We find no substance in this criminal writ petition. According to the petitioner, she has left home of her husband as she is not willing to stay with him. This writ petition is filed seeking direction to respondent Nos. 2 to 5 to provide police protection from the life threats of respondent Nos. 6 to 13.

We have carefully perused the representation dated 23.08.2021 submitted before the Superintendent of Police, Osmanabad. It has been merely stated in the said representation that in the month of July, 2021 the petitioner has left her matrimonial house and started residing separately on her own. She has decided to live her life separately and even without children. There is only one sentence that she apprehends danger to her life from certain persons, who are respondent Nos. 6 to 13 herein. 3.

On perusal of the said representation, it appears that it is an imaginary apprehension of the petitioner and there is nothing in the said representation to indicate that on certain earlier occasions, those persons

2 30-CRI.WP-1006-2021dt have given her the life threats or have done something indicating that they are searching for her to teach a lesson.

Though the learned counsel for the petitioner vehemently submitted that the husband of the petitioner is suspecting her character, however, in the representation itself, there is no reference to that effect and it has only stated in the said representation that she has no relations with one Samadhan Bhatlavande.

In view of the same, since no prima facie case is made out, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 6.

The criminal writ petition is dismissed.
