The grievance of the petitioner is that she is not given choice posting as per the Government Resolution. The petitioner is working in PESA/Tribal area.

The posting is to be given in accordance with the vacancies available. Unless the vacancies are available at the place of choice of the petitioner, the posting cannot be given. The petitioner has already approached the Chief Executive Officer for the said purpose.

The petitioner may prosecute her application/presentation with the Chief Executive Officer as per the notification dated

2 wp 8173.20 23.07.2018 and Government Resolution dated 05.03.2015. The Chief Executive Officer shall take decision upon the said representation in accordance with law and considering the availability of the vacancies and communication dated 16.11.2017 (page 25) expeditiously and preferably within a period of one (01) month from the date of communication of the order of this Court.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
