This pertains to the construction of the Percolation Tank No.6 at Nagzari, Tq. Kaij, Dist. Beed, vide file No.LNQ/SR/ 22/06. The possession of the land of the Petitioner has been taken in 2005 by way of a private negotiation. Notification under Section 4(1) of the old Land Acquisition Act, 1894 was published on 06/01/2014. The Notification under Section 11 of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition,

389.22wp (2) Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013 (for short 'the 2013 Act'), is published on 09/02/2022.
