This application is for condonation of delay and restoration of second appeal.

I do not find it necessary to issue notice to the respondent as second appeal is dismissed for non removal of office objections. Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove office objection. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay stands condoned. Second appeal is restored to its original position. Applicant shall remove office objections within a period of four (04) weeks from today. The civil application is disposed of.
