This petition pertains to the construction of the Percolation Tank No.3 at Kasari (Damdara), Tq. Dharur, Dist. Beed, vide file No. LNQ/SR/28/08. The possession of the land of the Petitioners was taken by private negotiation on 16/12/2003. 3.

We direct Respondent No.2/District Collector, Beed, to deal with the representations of the Petitioners, dated 26/12/2019 and 26/02/2020, and after verifying from the records, pass an appropriate orders within 60 days from today. The

411.22wp (2) procedure as is laid down under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, shall be followed within the timeline, as is prescribed thereunder. The District Collector shall personally oversee the progress in this regard.
