PER COURT :

Heard the applications. The applicants realized that an order is passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 4992 of 2023 in First Appeal No. 1704 of 2023.

This Court by order dated 09.06.2023 had allowed the Claimants to withdraw entire amount deposited by the

86ca8604.24 withdraw Acquiring Body in this Court.

3.

It is submitted that the Acquiring Body has deposited only 75% amount of the total amount on enhanced compensation.

4.

In view of the same, Civil Applications stand allowed, hence following order :

ORDER

(i) The Civil Applications are allowed.

(ii) Applicants are entitled to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount alongwith accrued interest respectively on furnishing usual undertaking and to withdraw 25% of the deposited amount alongwith accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of Registrar, (Judicial) of this Court.

(iii) The Civil Applications stand disposed off.
