This Court has already permitted the applicant to receive the amount on certain conditions. A practical difficulty is expressed in para No. 5 of this application that applicant is suffering from the ailment and he is unable to have any bank account. 2.

The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' on furnishing undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by the respondent No. 3/Bhagwant Vitthal Birajdar that he would pay the amount received in his account to the applicant to the extent of his share.
