We have heard Mr. Shelke, the learned advocate for the petitioner.

Mrs. Jape, the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that, the petitioner has remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. In that event all contentions of the petitioner are kept open. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner be allowed to file interim application. The petitioner may make such request before the Central Administrative Tribunal,
