Present application is for condonation of delay and restoration of application, which was rejected.

The learned counsel for the applicant solemnly makes a statement and ensures this Court that office objections would be removed within a period of four weeks from today. This Court accept the statement. The delay stands condoned. Not only Civil Application but the second appeal is restored to its original position. Office shall permit the applicant to remove the office objections. If office objections are not removed then the second appeal shall stand dismissed and the applicant shall pay costs of Rs. 50,000/- without reference to the Court.
