It was pointed out by all the learned Counsel for respective parties as well as by the learned AGP that in the proceeding before the Wakf Tribunal, all the parties have led evidence.

The learned AGP has pointed out that the Government has filed application raising the plea of adverse possession over the land in dispute and requested to lead

Therefore, considering the stage of the proceedings before the learned Wakf Tribunal, there is no propriety, at this juncture, in deciding the present Civil Revision Application, which is, in fact, filed against the order of rejecting the application filed by the Government under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Accordingly, present Civil Revision Application stands disposed of.
