1) The application is filed for condonation of delay of 49 days caused in filing civil revision application. In view of the contentions made in the application and the submissions made by both the sides, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. The application is allowed. Delay is condoned.

2 CA 10750 of 2013 2) Issue notice in civil revision application. Learned counsel Shri. Kazi waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 7. Learned counsel Shri. Bedre waives notice for respondent No.8. Notice to respondent No.9, Wakf Board is made returnable on 25th August 2016. The learned Assistant Government Pleader to satisfy this Court on the next date as to how the Assistant Charity Commissioner had jurisdiction to decide the nature of the property whether it was wakf or not wakf.
