In the event, the petitioner is selected for admission against the reserved seat to the M. Pharmacy course in the present selection admission process, then, let the petitioner be admitted conditionally to that course subject to production of the caste validity certificate. 3.

Since the proceedings in that behalf are pending before the Competent Scrutiny Committee for past more than four years and petitioner has no control over the same, in such exceptional circumstances, we pass the following order:

ORDER

1. Let the petitioner, therefore, be considered for admission in terms of our direction and be admitted provisionally and conditionally.

2. In the event, the petitioner require any documents evidencing her clearance of B. Pharmacy course the concerned college/university (respondent nos. 3 and 4) shall hand over such original documents, so as to enable the petitioner to participate in the on-going admission process. This shall be permitted on the petitioner replacing all such original documents with certified / true copies.

3. Parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
