Since the petitioner is unable to demonstrate from the existing record annexed with the petition that the national highway passes through his land bearing Gut No.104 (Old Survey No.51), the petitioner has not pressed the present petition. 2.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.

However, in case if the petitioner moved before the competent authority, the prayer of the petitioner for measurement of the land so as to ascertain the claim that the national highway passes through his land be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law.
