This is an application for grant of early hearing of second appeal on the ground that appellant No.2 is 75 years old and that suit filed before the Civil Court was for possession and mesne profit, which was decreed. However, in the appeal the said decision was reversed.

Office record shows that the second appeals from the year 1991 are pending for final hearing. Many such matters wherein the parties, who are senior citizens, are awaiting for final hearing of their matters. Therefore, considering said aspect, no ground is made for grant of early hearing. Civil application stands disposed of. 3.
