This is an application seeking restraint on appointments pursuant to the advertisement issued in March, 2019. 2.

While the petitioners approached the tribunal seeking appointment to the post of civil engineering assistants in accordance with government resolution dated 7th August 1992 issued by public works department, the tribunal had not found favour with the petitioners. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to indulge to the request made in the civil application.

Put-up the writ petition for hearing on 12th December, 2019.
