The Tribunal has passed a pay and recover order. The amount of compensation is not more than Rs.1,75,000/-. The applicant has incurred medical expenditure not less than Rs.90,000/-. In the fitness of things, the applicant is permitted to withdraw Rs.1,20,000/-, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
