The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that applications of the petitioner for renewal of 'No Objection Certificate' to establish new medical college dated 2nd July, 2020 is pending with the State Government and dated 1st July, 2020 with the University. Unless the renewal of "No objection Certificate" is issued by the Government and the University, the proposal of the petitioner cannot be considered by the AYUSH and on that ground the same has been returned back to the petitioner.

Mr. Sant, the learned counsel appears for respondent No.4. Learned AGP appears for for respondent NoNo.2 and Mr. Bangar appears for respondent Nos.1 and 3.

3. In light of the fact that applications of the petitioner for renewal of 'No Objection Certificate' for establishment of new Homeopathic Medical College are pending with the Government and the University, the Government and

the University may take decision upon the said applications on its own merits preferably within a period of four months. 4.
